Seasonal – Monthly Storage Agreement and Terms for

Boats – Motor Homes RVs – Trailers and Other Items

Boat, Trailer and RV. Storage – Seasonal Pricing.

Our 4 Acre Storage Lot is Fenced, Gated, Lighted and Secured with Barbed Wire.

Seasonal (6 Months) Storage Fees @ $7.50 a foot with a minimum of $150.00

If Needed an RV Placement Fee of $25.00 additional allows for 20 minutes level and/or cover unit.

Each additional 20 minutes charged at $25.00 each_

Boat, Trailer and RV. Storage – Monthly Pricing

Monthly Storage Fees @ $4.50 a foot with a minimum of $75.00

Insurance requirements.

The owner of item being stored is required to maintain insurance coverage for any and all possible incidences and/or losses. The owner of item being stored agrees that the storage facility and/or those storing the of item being stored are not to be held responsible for fire, theft, and vandalism, wind damage, rain damage and/or damage caused by animals and insects. The owner of item being stored agrees that the storage facility and/or those storing the of item being stored are not to be held responsible for any damages related to transporting and/or moving the of item being stored.

Covering your Boat-Motor and/or Trailer and/or of item being stored

Plastic tarps are not permitted. If the owner of the Boat-Motor and/or Trailer and/or of item being stored, chooses to use a Boat-Motor and/or Trailer cover the owners agrees that the storage facility and/or those storing the Boat-Motor and/or Trailer are not to be held responsible for keeping the cover securely tied down and in place. The storage facility and/or those storing the Boat-Motor and/or Trailer are not to be held responsible for keeping the cover free of water, snow, ice, derbies and/or any derbies.

Access to Stored Boat-Motor and/or Trailer

With Monthly Storage - access is LIMITED and not on demand. Call ahead to schedule access.

There is NO ACCESS with SEASONAL STORAGE allowed. One time in and one time out complete the agreement. Any access over this is charged at $25.00 per access with a 20-minute access time limit. 

Abandon Boat, RV and/or Trailer Policy: The owner named below is responsible for any and all charges to remove and/or dispose of the boat including but not limited to collection and legal fees. __________

NO WORK AND/OR REPAIRS ARE PERMITTED AT STORAGE LOT.
